Who are we?

We are a consulting and implementation company, one of the national leaders in the field of Lean Management.

Since 2003, we have been supporting production, service, and logistics companies in improving processes, development of leaders, building a culture of continuous improvement and in transforming organisations striving for operational excellence.

We are distinguished by years of experience in difficult unit production and low-volume production as well as understanding of corporate finances.
