The decision to introduce the LEAN management concept to the company is undoubtedly one of the best strategic decisions made in recent years. This has enabled us to have more open communication within teams, we can respond faster to problems by implementing improvement activities, and we have developed the ability to communicate effectively between teams. The next natural stage consists of actions taken to improve the management staff, starting with the FRIS examination.
