Purpose: simulating the warehouse and accompanying processes, such as logistics. The main purpose of the game is to create an organised warehouse that will flexibly respond to customer demands, and manage materials, shipments and deliveries in an orderly manner. It also presents the opportunities offered by Kanban for the warehouse.
Players: each player simulates one of the roles in the process, such as the Customer, Head of the Warehouse, Supplier, Warehousemen responsible for order receipts and releases, and Quality Control.
